Job summary

Randa Apparel & Accessories is seeking a Part-Time Merchandising Coordinator to execute the Randa and Haggar brand merchandising strategy on the retail floor in Delaware. You will maximize brand presentation, visibility, and product placement to drive sales.

You will collaborate with sales associates, visual managers, department managers, and store leadership, while supporting store visits and timely merchandising updates with a focus on accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred.
• 3-5+ years in retail-related roles (Retail Sales Associate, Visual Merchandiser, Retail Buyer, or Merchandising college credits).
• Must be able to work independently.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Execute seasonal account zone-a-grams and visual merchandising guidelines at retail.
• Collaborate with store personnel to place new/replenishment merchandise and POS to maximize sell-thru and brand presentations.
• Conduct store visits based on business needs and respond to changing retail environments.
• Coordinate with store, district, and regional management to ensure brand awareness and support.
• Provide weekly field reports and photos recapping store visits and product/stock issues.
