Carter's Springfield, IL is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager to be the first face of our baby and young children brands. Welcome customers with warmth, help families explore our product styles, features, and benefits, and support a positive sales floor.

Lead a focused area, coach team, and ensure omni-channel service. This role emphasizes inclusive environment, communication, and growth through training and development programs.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Proficient computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, Web navigation, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert of our brands to help families navigate every moment from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area through planning and detailed follow through.
• Perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities by driving results and responding to customer concerns timely and with an appropriate resolution.
• Build customer loyalty through Company sponsored programs, including credit.
• Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
