Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Rogers, AR is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life and deliver an amazing shopping experience for every guest.

You will engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while staying flexible across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom. We value energy, reliability and a positive attitude; must be 16+ and available evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Available to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and help them find what they want.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make product suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Support the team as a collaborative member of #teamwork.
• Uphold company policies and procedures with integrity.
