Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to support in-store client service and daily store operations at our Massachusetts location. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and contribute to a memorable Lilly Pulitzer experience that reflects the brand’s casual glamour and sunny spirit.

You will help maintain visual standards, assist with inventory and point-of-sale activities, and collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Retail or client service experience in fashion/retail preferred.
• Be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clientele and support sales and store operations.
• Deliver exceptional service and use product knowledge to drive sales.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and provide personalized outreach.
• Maintain Lilly Pulitzer’s visual and operational standards per brand guidelines.
• Provide feedback to management on selling opportunities and successes.
