Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a part‑time Keyholder to assist with daily in‑store operations, sales, client experience and safeguarding store assets at our Hawaii location.

Understand the Lilly Pulitzer concept, drive sales with exceptional client service, manage cash, open/close the store and maintain visuals to reflect our brand. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in fashion/retail is preferred.
• Strong communication with clients, colleagues and management.
• Excellent problem solving and decision‑making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Apple technology.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of XStore and Tulip is a plus.
• Lift up to 20 pounds and be on your feet during shifts.
