Job summary

Carter's in the United States is seeking a part-time Sales Manager who will be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will welcome customers, explain product styles and benefits, and lead by example on service standards and omni-channel experiences.

You will coach and support store team, manage a focused business area, handle Leader on Duty responsibilities, protect assets, and help build loyalty through brand programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to multitask and use computer applications.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert to help families navigate moments from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles and benefits.
• Lead and coach store team to deliver exceptional service and omni-channel experience.
• Drive results through planning and follow-through while handling Leader on Duty duties.
• Build customer loyalty through brand programs and protect assets and safety.
