Job summary

Carter's is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager in New York to greet customers, share product knowledge, and maintain a welcoming store environment. You’ll coach staff to deliver outstanding service and support the team in achieving sales goals across our baby and children’s lines.

As a leader on the floor, you’ll manage priorities, model best practices, and ensure an inclusive atmosphere while driving omni-channel experiences. This role requires flexibility with hours and a proactive attitude.
