Carter’s is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager who will be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll welcome customers, introduce baby essentials, and help prep for the first day of school.

We value a welcoming, inclusive environment and ongoing education for you and the team on product styles, features, and benefits. You’ll lead by example, coach others to success, manage assigned business focus areas, and help drive omni-channel service.

• Comfort with using basic computer and sales tools (POS, email, spreadsheets).
