Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll congratulate new parents and grandparents, introduce our baby essentials, and help prep for the first day of school as part of every parenting journey.

Qualifications

• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Proficient use of Outlook, Excel, and web tools.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert to help families navigate from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and explain product features and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Coach others to success while modeling service standards and omni-channel experience.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area through planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities by driving results and resolving customer concerns.
• Use customer feedback to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Build customer loyalty through company programs including credit.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and raise performance concerns to the Store Manager.
• Recognize exceptional performance.
