Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will welcome customers, explain product features, and help with school readiness and baby essentials.

Lead with a customer-first mindset and foster an inclusive environment on the sales floor. As a key leader, you will coach team members, drive omni-channel service, and manage a focused business area.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience preferred.
• Strong communication in writing and speaking.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, web navigation and common software.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert to help families navigate from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers and explain product features, styles and benefits.
• Maintain a customer-first focus on the sales floor.
• Create a positive, inclusive environment for staff and customers.
• Model service standards and omni-channel experience; coach others to succeed.
• Lead assigned business focus area with planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty duties by driving results and addressing customer concerns.
