You will welcome customers, share product styles and benefits, and help prepare for milestones from preemies to school days, while modeling outstanding service. You will lead by example on inclusivity and teamwork, coach a small team, manage daily store operations, and drive results through planning and timely action.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset and strong communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced store environment.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, and web navigation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide product guidance.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Lead and coach others to success in service standards.
