Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Mebane, NC is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life daily. You’ll help guests find great products, share store promotions, and represent AE with energy and integrity.

You’ll work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, delivering an exceptional shopping experience evenings, weekends and holidays. Previous retail experience is a plus; you must be 16+ and ready to learn AE’s Selling Model and loyalty program.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and delivering great guest experiences.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience is a plus and willingness to learn AE selling model.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AE Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie product details and make recommendations.
• Promote AE loyalty program and store channels to guests.
• Move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest questions or concerns while following company policy.
• Support team with store tasks to help get the job done.
