Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Durham, NC is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You’ll engage guests, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote the AEO loyalty program while flexing between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

Ideal candidates love interacting with people, stay energetic in a fast-paced environment, are available evenings/weekends/holidays, and bring retail experience.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy interacting with guests and delivering great service.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and provide recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with the team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to policies.
