Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Austin is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the AE/Aerie brand to life in-store. You will deliver an amazing shopping experience and help guests find exactly what they’re looking for.

You love interacting with people and stay energetic in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Retail experience is a plus, and you must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AE Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie products and make recommendations.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Support your team and contribute to achieving store goals.
• Uphold integrity and follow AE policies and procedures.
