Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Omaha, NE to energize the store and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You are the face of our brand, excited to share product details and help guests find what they need while building brand loyalty.

You'll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, bringing your real self to work and upholding our values. Prior retail experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy interacting with guests and providing a positive shopping experience.
• Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to assist with purchases.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and loyalty program.
• Assist on the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.
• Provide friendly, problem-solving support while adhering to policies.
