Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Lincoln, NE to bring the brand to life and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You are the face of the company, passionate about AE & Aerie products, and dedicated to building brand loyalty with every guest.

You will engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on products, explain the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom. You will represent the brand with integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and energy for fast-paced retail.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to help them find products using a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make fitting recommendations.
• Explain the loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with the team to get the job done and support store goals.
• Represent the brand with integrity and adherence to AEO policies.
