Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Grand Island, NE is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You’ll be the face of our company and proudly represent our values with your authentic self.

You’ll educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom while resolving guest concerns and collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is a plus.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make thoughtful product suggestions.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
