Position Overview

As a Brand Ambassador with Joyce Factory Direct, you’ll attend festivals, retail events, community gatherings, and home shows where you’ll introduce homeowners to our company and create positive first impressions. This role is centered around relationship-building, brand awareness, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while generating interest in our products.

Compensation

• $17 per hour base rate
• Uncapped performance-based bonuses on leads and booked appointments
• Average earnings of $20–$25 per hour
