You are the face of our company, passionate about products, and committed to building brand loyalty with every guest while reflecting our values. Responsibilities include engaging customers using the AEO Selling Model, educating them about AE & Aerie products, and promoting the loyalty program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie products and make tailored suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Collaborate with the store team to get the job done.
