Job summary

You will engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate on AE/Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while solving problems and working with a team.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and enthusiasm for AE and Aerie brands.
• Ability to engage guests with a friendly, proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and multitasking in a busy store.
• Willingness to learn AE Selling Model and policies.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to help them find what they want.
• Educate customers on product details and suggest fit.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and channels.
• Move between Salesfloor, Cash Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following store policy.
• Be a team player and uphold company values.
