Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Oxon Hill, MD. You’ll bring our brand to life daily, delivering an amazing shopping experience and representing the AE/Aerie brands with enthusiasm.

You’ll educate guests on products, promote loyalty programs, and flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom to assist guests. Prior retail experience is valued; must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering strong customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
• Ability to sell and recommend products to meet guest needs.
• Able to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO model to help them find products.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and brand loyalty programs.
• Promote brand channels and loyalty benefits to customers.
• Move flexibly across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly while following company policy.
• Support teammates to get tasks done efficiently.
• Uphold company policies and procedures with integrity.
