Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Green Bay, WI is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life daily. You’ll create an amazing shopping experience, acting as the face of our company and building brand loyalty through product knowledge and friendly service.

You’ll work on the salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed, engage guests with the AEO Selling Model, promote the loyalty program, and resolve issues with integrity while upholding policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products and build loyalty.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make appropriate suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Support the team and collaborate to get the job done.
