Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Paramus, NJ. You will bring our brand to life daily, providing every guest with an amazing shopping experience and serving as the face of our company.

You love AE and Aerie products and exude energy in a fast-paced retail setting. You’ll use the AEO Selling Model, educate guests on products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

Qualifications

• You're available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

• You're at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find exactly what they want.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable items.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support your team and contribute to achieving store goals.
