You will represent our values, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, and help build brand loyalty while working across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room, and stockroom. This role offers a people-first environment with employee discounts and store events.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience preferred.
• You are at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they seek.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest options.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Support your team and contribute to store goals with a collaborative approach.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
