Flexibility to work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, while solving guest concerns with integrity and in alignment with company policy.

• You're a people person! You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for, with a friends first mindset.
• You're passionate about AE & Aerie products and educate guests on product details while making suggestions.
• You share the brand love and introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• You can flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• You're an innovative problem solver and resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• You're a team player and support your team to get the job done.
• You uphold integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures.
