Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador in Sioux Falls to bring the brand to life and create an amazing shopping experience each day.

You’ll be the face of the brand, energizing guests and building loyalty with authentic service and product knowledge. Responsibilities include engaging with guests, educating them on AE & Aerie items, promoting the loyalty program, and collaborating with the team across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to stay energetic in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggesting suitable options.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to customers.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store objectives.
