Job summary

HSP Brands is seeking a part-time Brand Activator to lead the shopper tasting experience and brand storytelling at on-site grocery events across TX. You will engage shoppers, learn preferences, and drive purchase intent with confident recommendations.

This role requires reliability, tech comfort for data logging, alcohol certification as required, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible evenings and weekends are common, with daily reporting via the HSP App.

Qualifications

• The ability and confidence to engage consumers in a public retail environment.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to assigned event locations.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and scheduled shifts as needed.
• Basic comfort with technology (e.g., mobile apps) for data logging, reporting and printing.
• Ability to complete required event reporting accurately and on time.
• Required alcohol service certification for your state.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Shopper Engagement & Brand Storytelling: connect with shoppers, learn preferences, and tell compelling brand stories.
• Event Execution & Reliability: arrive on time, maintain a professional station, and monitor inventory.
• Data Capture & Reporting: log data via mobile apps and submit recaps promptly to clients.
