Job summary

HSP Brands seeks a Brand Activator to lead tasting experiences at off-premise stores across Texas. You will engage shoppers, tell brand stories, and drive purchase intent with energy and product knowledge. This part-time, consumer-facing role supports data capture and reporting in real time.

You will log sampling data via mobile tools, maintain reliable shifts, and ensure brand standards at every event. Prior promo or sales exposure is a plus, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends is

Qualifications

• Valid alcohol service certification as required by state law (e.g. TABC).
• Ability to confidently engage with consumers in public settings.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to event locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead shopper engagement and tell brand stories at grocery-store events across TX.
• Ensure a positive, energetic, and professional brand experience; encourage purchase intent.
• Arrive on time, manage shifts, and maintain a clean, organized sampling station reflecting brand standards.
• Capture sampling data using the HSP App/Portal and submit recaps the same day.
