Responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer experience, including product selection, accurate order entry, safely picking products and loading customer vehicles.
• Look for opportunities to maximize sales and encourage customer loyalty.
• Adapt communication style for email, phone, or in-person interactions.
• Pick, prepare, and stage will-call orders and shipping products.
• Prepare backorders and put away stock as received.
• Assist with merchandising and showroom replenishment.
• Perform inventory counts.
• Learn and navigate multiple computer systems for customer-facing and warehouse tasks.
• Maintain branch appearance and safety compliance as per Grainger standards.
