The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) supports financial advisors by providing administrative support, helping clients achieve their financial goals, and ensuring a positive client experience. This role offers opportunities for growth and professional development within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver exceptional personalized client service through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
  2. Assist in account management, including account opening, transfers, and transaction processing.
  3. Provide administrative support such as scheduling, preparing meeting materials, and supporting marketing initiatives.
  4. Utilize technology tools like MoneyGuide, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

Minimum: $22.50; Maximum: $23.91. Part-time associates are eligible for benefits including health coverage, savings accounts, voluntary benefits, well-being programs, and retirement plans based on hours worked and location.
