Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Confident and experienced with social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools and applications.
• Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales role with a drive to deliver a personal customer experience.
• Basic knowledge of banking solutions to refer to specialists.
• Strong listening, problem solving and flexible, creative responses to new challenges.

• Identifies referral opportunities to grow the customer’s relationship with BMO beyond personal banking.
• Welcomes customers and explains digital and self-serve options for easy banking.
• Leads client conversations about banking services and recommends channels and investment advice.
