Job summary

BMO U.S. is seeking a part-time lobby associate to deliver exceptional service to customers and prospects in the Naperville area.

You will identify needs, provide guidance on financial solutions, and collaborate with branch partners to deliver an outstanding customer experience across channels. You will engage customers in needs-based conversations, promote digital banking options, and support daily branch operations while maintaining compliance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification desirable.
• Experience with consultative customer service or sales is a plus.
• Social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools usage experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide customers as they enter the branch lobby and advise on digital/self-serve options.
• Identify customer needs and refer opportunities to grow relationships with BMO partners.
• Conduct client conversations about banking services and offer personal banking and investment guidance.
• Execute transactions and address everyday banking needs with accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with branch and market teams to meet branch goals and customer experience targets.
