Job summary

BMO U.S. is hiring for a part-time position (20 hours per week) focused on delivering exceptional customer service and financial guidance. The role involves collaborating with branch teammates and partners to grow customer relationships, guiding customers to digital/self-serve options, and conducting conversations about personal banking and credit card needs.

Compliance and accurate records are required. For candidates, 1–2 years of related experience and comfort with social tools are preferred.

Qualifications

• Typically between 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combined education and experience.
• Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
• Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales role with a drive to deliver a personal customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects.
• Identifies customer needs and provides advice and guidance regarding financial solutions.
