Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a friendly Box Office Ticket Seller for Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum. You will assist guests with ticket purchases, provide event information, and handle cash and electronic sales at our busy box office.

The ideal candidate has customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time, hourly position with union affiliation and an hourly rate of $23.61.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Reliable transportation to Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum.

Responsibilities

• Open and close assigned ticket windows in accordance with procedures.
• Process ticket sales, payments, and ticket inventory accurately.
• Count and reconcile sales and inventory; manage Will Call window.
• Provide guests with pricing, seating locations, and event information.
• Assist guests with seating selections and recommendations.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information.
• Follow all box office policies and procedures.
