Job summary

Santa Cruz Warriors is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Box Office Representative to staff Kaiser Permanente Arena and the Ticket Services office. This part-time role requires 5-hour shifts during home preseason, regular season, and playoff games, typically 4:00pm–9:00pm, with weekend and holiday availability.

You will handle ticket sales, assist with box office setup/closure, provide exceptional guest service, and document issues using our software.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of public-facing customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and cash handling experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in box office setup and closure.
• Sell and issue tickets at box office and will-call on game days.
• Provide customer service and resolve ticket issues promptly.
• Track customer service issues using provided software.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
