Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and periodic sales reports across locations.
• Reconcile sales information from POS systems with accounting records.
• Review sales activity for discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Process and review vendor invoices with proper coding and documentation.
• Monitor integrations between platforms and QuickBooks to ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain organized records of invoices, statements, and supporting documents.
