Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ proven experience in QuickBooks Online.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting practices and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations and commission payout logs.
• Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements and other financial documents to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
• Serve as a backup, to accounts payable and receivable duties, including tracking, preparing and processing vendor invoices, follow up on outstanding invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents in a timely manner.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports and budgets.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to data security protocols.
• Provide support during audits, including preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
• Other duties as assigned, including assisting in special projects.
