Qualifikationen

• 3–7 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, and general bookkeeping.
• Previous payroll processing experience is required.
• Understanding of GAAP, IFRS, or similar standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

• Maintain accurate accounting records for sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Record and categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online.
• Maintain general ledger records and supporting documents.
• Process invoices, receipts, and documentation; assist with journal entries.
