Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the care, supervision, safety, and well-being of boarding students on duty.
• Supervise student lounges and other residential spaces during shifts.
• Monitor student whereabouts and perform rounds of residential spaces.
• Serve as a positive, approachable adult presence and role model.
• Refer significant concerns to Dorm Parents as appropriate.
• Communicate student concerns and incidents promptly to Dorm Parents.
• Complete shift reports and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Chaperone residential activities and excursions.
• Follow emergency, health, and safety procedures and notify staff when needed.
• Ensure a professional, safe, and efficient dorm environment.
