Job summary

Thrive Academy in Baton Rouge, LA seeks a Swing Shift Residential Mentor to support a boarding program for middle and high school students. This overnight, live-in role supervises 5–10 students and focuses on academic and personal growth within a 24-hour environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 5-10 students in the boarding program.
• Mentor students to support mental, academic, and social growth.
• Monitor student behavior and implement the boarding program.
• Communicate weekly with families; mediate conflicts and set a positive example.
• Plan activities, assist with homework, and supervise evening detention.
• Assigned bus duties on Sundays; live-in and daily living skills support.
