Hello ABA in Maryland is seeking a part-time BCBA to join a hybrid, family-centered team. You will lead assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise RBTs while collaborating with families and schools to achieve meaningful outcomes.

The role emphasizes sustainable caseloads, flexible scheduling, and a supportive clinical framework that blends ABA with ACT and values-based strategies.

Competenze

• BCBA certification and MD licensure eligibility.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities valued.
