Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Maryland to provide ABA services to children and families. The role blends in‑person clinical work with remote duties as needed, offering flexible caseloads and strong clinical support in a hybrid environment.

The position supports BCBA growth with development opportunities, mentorship, and access to CEU resources. W2 or 1099 arrangements are available, with flexible scheduling and leadership development pathways.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Eligible for or currently holding Maryland licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to provide in person services in Maryland as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs.
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with ethical clinical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in both remote and in person services as required by client and program needs.

This is a hybrid position combining in person clinical responsibilities with remote work based on client and program needs.
