Job summary

Hello ABA in Frederick, MD is seeking a part-time BCBA to join a supportive team in a hybrid role. You’ll provide high-quality behavioral services while balancing caseload and caregiver collaboration.

As a BCBA, you’ll lead assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, partner with families and schools, and grow professionally through mentorship and CEU opportunities.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Maryland licensure or MD LBA eligibility.
• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional behavior assessments and treatment planning as a BCBA.
• Incorporate ACT-informed, values-based strategies into practice.
• Develop play-based programming using NET.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs while maintaining high clinical standards.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and care teams.
• Track progress through data and outcomes.
