BK Behavior in Maryland seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families in a hybrid role, balancing in-person clinical duties with remote work based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Maryland licensure eligibility or holding current MD license.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Experience delivering ABA to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs.
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with ethical clinical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in both remote and in person services as required by client and program needs.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA MarylandWe are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA to provide Applied Behavior Analysis ABA services to children and families throughout Maryland. This is a hybrid position combining in person clinical responsibilities with remote work based on client and program needs. This opportunity is ideal for a BCBA looking for a flexible part time/full time caseload while still having access to strong clinical support, professional development and opportunities for continued growth within BK Behavior.
