BK Behavior in Maryland is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services to children and families in a hybrid setting. The role combines in-person clinical responsibilities with remote work based on client needs and program requirements.

The successful candidate will supervise technicians, develop individualized treatment plans, train caregivers, and ensure compliant documentation, with opportunities for professional development and continued growth

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
• Eligible for Maryland licensure or currently licensed.
• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to provide in-person services in Maryland as needed.

Responsabilités

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.

• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as clinically appropriate.

• Participate in both remote and in-person services as required by client and program needs.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA MarylandWe are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA to provide Applied Behavior Analysis ABA services to children and families throughout Maryland. This is a hybrid position combining in person clinical responsibilities with remote work based on client and program needs. This opportunity is ideal for a BCBA looking for a flexible part time/full time caseload while still having access to strong clinical support, professional development and opportunities for continued growth within BK Behavior.
