Job summary

American Red Cross in Douglasville, GA is seeking a part-time courier/driver to operate an ARC vehicle for the pickup, delivery, and storage of blood products and materials. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license; you will follow a set route and perform loading duties as needed.

The schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• Valid driver\u2019s license and clean DMV record required.
• Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive an American Red Cross vehicle to pick up, deliver and store products and other lightweight materials.
• Follow an assigned route or as-needed basis.
• Provide customer service with a positive, proactive manner.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and fuel levels.
• Support shipping/receiving and loading duties as needed.
