Responsibilities

• Teach assigned biotechnology lecture and/or laboratory courses (e.g., Intro to Biotechnology, Cell Culture, Immunological Methods) as needed.
• Plan and develop syllabi, assessments, and class materials.
• Present and coordinate classroom instruction and related activities.
• Teach a varied schedule including daytime, evening, weekend and/or accelerated sections; potential summer sessions.
• Follow department course coordinators’ guidelines for consistent content and student experience across sections.
• Administer, grade, and provide timely feedback to monitor student progress.
• Adhere to laboratory safety regulations; meet deadlines for mid-term and final grades.
