MultiMedical Systems in Bethesda, MD is seeking a part-time Biomedical Equipment Technician to perform maintenance, repair, and calibration of medical devices, ensuring optimal performance and patient safety. You will maintain records, troubleshoot issues, and support clinical staff with equipment needs on-site.

A two-year hospital background and an associate degree are preferred; travel and flexible hours may be required.

Formación

• Associate’s degree in biomedical engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in biomedical equipment maintenance and repair in a hospital setting.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass background and drug screen (no exceptions).
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
• Knowledge of medical equipment and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and calibrations on medical equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
• Order and install replacement parts as needed
