MultiMedical Systems is seeking a detail-oriented Biomedical Equipment Technician to join our team on a part-time basis in Bethesda, MD. The role focuses on maintenance, repair, and calibration of biomedical equipment to ensure optimal performance and patient safety.

The position requires an Associate’s degree (preferred) and at least 2 years of hospital-based biomedical equipment experience, with strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in biomedical engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in biomedical equipment maintenance and repair in a hospital setting.
• Knowledge of medical equipment and regulatory requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass background and drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and calibrations on medical equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Order and install replacement parts as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
