Abacus is seeking a Billing Coordinator to join our billing team, reporting to the team leader. You will use your analytical skills, attention to detail and people skills to ensure correct invoicing to our clients, collaborating cross-functionally to answer billing questions and drive process improvements.

This role offers a part-time schedule (15–30 hours/week) in a dynamic IT services environment, with duties including preparing invoices, data validation, and contributing to monthly billing
